What is WOD ?

WOD means « Workout Of the Day » in other words « today's training ». The WOD is the first concept to remember.

The concept of the WOD was created by our neighbors across the Atlantic, the United States, where the CrossFit was born a few years ago. The WOD is your daily Crossfit session that mixes athletics, weightlifting and gymnastics.

To be optimal, your WOD must be done in 35-40 minutes (warm-up and stretching included).

Remember that each WOD has unlimited combinations and it's different every day.
